Shipping policy and returns / supply contract

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Delivery Times

The delivery time varies from 7 to 10 working days, this being indicative given the characteristics of the products in terms of fragility, weight and size and deliveries are only made from Monday to Friday.

Orders are prepared at the time the payment has been confirmed and at the following times:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00 h. Orders received outside of these hours will be prepared the following business day. Please note that there are no Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

  1. The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.

Return policy

What can and cannot be returned?

You can return any product that is inside its original packaging and with all its documentation (instructions, labels...). Except as described in the following two sections:

How long can I return a product?

Refund amount

The refund of the amount will be made using the same payment method with which the user made the purchase, it will not include the shipping costs and if the purchase was made by the system of "Free Ports" will be delayed 18% of the total in terms of freight.

Where and how should the return be sent?
